First United Bank & Trust Company did not accurately track their employees’ time, and did pay them overtime pay when they worked more than 40 hours per week. But the law does not recognize mortgage loan officers as exempt from overtime. This company refuses to pay overtime and this lawsuit seeks damages related to that illegal pay policy.
